Returns & Refunds Policy

At LuxxuryO3, we take pride in the quality of every piece. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luxxuryo3@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or store credit if approved.

LuxxuryO3 is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
